If you've been following the "discussion" about Health Care Reform, you've heard about a process called reconciliation. This legislative process was created by the former head of the West Virginia Ku Klux Klan, errrr, the Honorable Robert Byrd - (D) WV, to make it easier to reconcile the differences between House and Senate versions of a bill in order to get it to the President's desk for signature. Please note what I said ... the differences between versions of a bill.
