Ulduar 10 Rusted Proto-Drake
Hey guys I am going to be setting up a Ulduar 10 Hardmode raid to get us the Rusted Proto-Drake mount. I wanted to fill it with mostly botbh people and I have a couple of people from outside who want to come with me (people I have known in game for a long time). But depending on how many of you want to come I may just keep this internal. I will first list what I already have available
Tank -- Severok(Death Knight)
Tank/Healer -- Zanthor (Shaman/Paladin)
Healer/DPS -- Wooster(Shaman) (Healer is my paladin Zingo)
Healer -- Druiddan (Druid)
DPS -- Mistofelees (Mage)
DPS -- Wylestrean (Hunter)
People from outside the guild
Tank/DPS -- Diabolos(Death Knight)/ Unendlich (Warrior)
Healer -- Nyhmesis (Priest)
Timings
The raid times are going to be kinda strict. If we want to finish Hard modes in a timely fashion we are going to need to stick to a schedule. The raid will be on Saturdays.
There are two slots that I think would be ideal, we can shift the times within these depending on how you guys want to proceed.
Saturday Morning( 900-1300) (9 AM - 1 PM)
Saturday Afternoon(1300-1700) (1 PM - 5 PM)
What you need to bring to the raid?
Dedication. Some bosses will test our patience and we will need to work hard on them. Mimiron for example is a very tough boss fight and will require skill and coordination on everyones part. Since this is mostly Botbh I'm going to assume that everyone knows what else needs to be brought.
Why you may not want to sign up?
-- Gearing up is not the primary focus of this group. If you have a lot of stuff in Ulduar 10 Hardmodes that are big upgrades for you it might not be in your best interest to come since we will be extending raid lockouts so as not to waste time
-- Going to have an iffy schedule. Raid lockouts might mean that we have to go do the bosses that we have already done again if you dont make it. While i know that most people in this run wont mind and understand that we are all busy people who have lives, and hence emergencies, please don't agree to come if you know that you wont be able to make the raids for a few weeks (hoping to be done in 3).
-- Losing 5 frost badges from the weekly raid. Chances are you are going to lose those 5 frost emblems if we decide to extend the raid lockout period and if the weekly is in Ulduar. While this may not be the case, be prepared to have 5 less frost emblems every week.
When do we start?
I don't want to rush setting this up. I want to go in, kick ass and walk out with 10 awesome mounts. So I will be starting this on March 13th 2010. Also I am sure that some people have already done ulduar 10 this week for the weekly raid boss.
Goals of the raid group
First and foremost is to have fun. If we don't have fun its going to feel like work to us.That doesn't mean goofing off however.
Get our Rusted proto-drakes.
Kill Algalon if we think its worth our time and effort once we get our Drakes.
How do i sign up
Leave a post on this thread with the following information
1) Name of the character that your bringing
2) What class and spec they are.
3) If we are unable take your primary character, an alt that you think is geared for this and the alts spec
4) Time slot that is convenient for you.
